🚫 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a Digital TV Frame Art file has been purchased and the download link has been delivered.

✅ Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The download link is broken or does not work after multiple attempts.
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You were charged but did not receive the download link within 24 hours.
