Follow these simple steps to display your Timeless TV Frame Art on your Samsung Frame TV. It only takes a few minutes!
📥 Step 1: Download Your Files
- Go to your order confirmation email from Timeless TV Frame Art.
- Click the download link included in the email.
- Save the JPG file to your device.
💡 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
💡 Tip: For best results, download on a computer or use a browser (Safari/Chrome) on your phone.
📺 Step 2: Add Art to Your Samsung Frame TV
- Download the JPG file to your phone.
- Create a folder in your camera roll named “Frame TV Art” and save the image there.
- Open the SmartThings app and connect to your TV.
- Select “Art Mode” and choose “My Collection”.
- Select your artwork and set it on display. ✅
📱 Use the 4K Frame TV file (3840 × 2160 px) for best results on Samsung Frame TV.
